Thus, to achieve that longed-for CFO position, it is essential that the person evaluate the areas they master; the ones he knows, but has never executed; and the ones he still has to learn. On this, he will be able to define a horizontal rotation plan that allows him to gain experience in functions that he will have to supervise in the future. And, on the other hand, develop leadership skills that make you stand out from a mid-level manager to a true leader of the company.
